As one of seven Lakewood Ranch communities, Lakewood Ranch Country Club is a master-planned community set amid 8,500 acres of natural beauty. Residence of Lakewood Ranch Country Club enjoy access to a number of amenities, including three private golf courses offering 54 holes of play.

In addition to being home to three private golf courses, two of which were designed by the Palmer Course Design Co., Lakewood Ranch Country Club also features a pro shop, a driving range, a putting green and a 44,000-square foot clubhouse. Aside from offering a lounge, banquet facilities and all of the other characteristics that are common to clubhouses, the Lakewood Ranch Country Club also houses a 14,000-square foot fitness center. The fitness center features exercise equipment, an aerobics room, a sauna, a treatment room and a whirlpool. Eighteen lighted tennis courts and a junior-sized Olympic swimming pool are also available in the clubhouse.

Lakewood Ranch Country Club Memberships

For residents who are interested in enjoying the golf facilities available at Lakewood Ranch Country Club, there are four different membership levels are available. These include:

  • Platinum Membership – provides year-round use of the golf, tennis, pool, fitness and dining facilities. A $38,000 deposit is required along with a $9,585 Initiation fee and $133 doc stamps. Monthly dues of $573 are required for families.
  • Gold Membership – provides year-round use of tennis, pool, fitness and dining facilities. Golf facilities may be used during the off-season after paying all of the necessary greens and cart fees. A $3,000 deposit is required along with a $3,195 initiation fee and $1,050 in doc stamps. Monthly dues of $290 are required for families.
  • Silver Membership – provides year-round use of the pool, fitness and dining facilities. Golf facilities may be used during the off-season after paying all of the necessary greens and cart fees. A $3,727.50 initiation fee is required. Monthly dues of $210 are required for families.
  • Bronze Membership – provides year-round use of the pool and dining facilities. Golf facilities may be used during the off-season after paying all of the necessary greens and cart fees. A $3,195 initiation fee is required. Monthly dues of $105 are required for families.

While these are the standard membership fees associated with each membership level, it should be noted that the Lakewood Ranch Country Club does offer specials on some of its membership levels on occasion. Therefore, it may be possible to get a discounted membership rate when purchasing a home within the community.
