Those who are interested in a membership to the Prestancia club have six different options to select from, with fees ranging in cost from $5,000 to $20,000.

When it comes to finding a home within the 565-acre Prestencia community, there are many options to select from. Not only are their fourteen different neighborhoods, each of which caters to a different lifestyle, but there are also many different types of homes available. A 1,350 square foot condo typically costs around $175,000, while a sprawling 5,500 square foot estate home with a water view costs around $1.2 million. Maintenance-free villas with 3,000 square feet of living space, on the other hand, generally cost around $450,000.

In addition to enjoying access to the clubhouse, which frequently hosts social activities throughout the year, residents with a membership to the Prestancia golf club also enjoy access to a 93,000 square foot area that includes a driving range as well as an area for practicing chipping, bunker play and putting. The entire area is also beautifully landscaped while still respecting the surrounding woodlands. In fact, both of the golf courses within the community have been certified as Audubon International  Cooperative Sanctuary. For those who enjoy playing tennis, the Prestancia community has a reciprocal agreement with Serendipity Tennis Club that allows residents to enjoy the facilities. At the Serendipity Tennis Club, residents can enjoy access to nineteen Har-Tru tennis courts as well as a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool and a fitness center.
